Job Title: Client Success Manager

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and people-savvy Client Success Manager to keep projects moving, clients informed, and the team aligned. This is an operations-meets-communication role—perfect for someone who thrives in ClickUp, Dubsado, and Slack, and knows how to turn complex updates into clear, confident client comms.
You’ll be the bridge between our internal team and our clients, ensuring deliverables are met, systems run smoothly, and relationships stay strong.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the day-to-day project flow in ClickUp—from task creation to deadline tracking
Use Dubsado to manage client workflows, status changes, and automated touchpoints
Communicate with clients via email in a way that’s friendly, clear, and proactive
Review ad reports, performance metrics, and client deliverables, and summarize them in simple language
Keep clients informed of project timelines, progress, and any pivots or delays
Be a calm, confident point of contact who brings clarity—not confusion
Must-Have Experience:
2+ years managing client communications and operations in a digital agency or online business
Proven experience using ClickUp, Dubsado, and Slack with confidence
Able to manage multiple moving parts without dropping balls
Strong understanding of marketing or advertising deliverables (ads, performance reports, etc.)
Comfortable interpreting data and performance insights (we’ll teach the ad stuff if needed)
Canadian resident and available during EST working hours

Compensation:
$25–$45/hour based on experience
Estimated 3-5 hours/week to start, with potential to grow
