Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display)
- Conduct ongoing account optimizations and A/B testing
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics
- Generate reporting dashboards and provide insights with actionable next steps
- Collaborate on strategy and creative testing across funnel stages
- Bonus: Support with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns if experienced
Requirements
5+ years experience in paid media, with proven results in Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Strong skills in Google Tag Manager, GA4, and data-driven strategy
Comfortable managing multiple accounts and reporting on performance metrics
Solid understanding of client goals and how to align media strategy accordingly
Corporate or agency background is an asset
Must be able to self-manage and communicate clearly in a remote team
